“We had gastric sleeve surgery with Alexandra Gordon at Crest Hospital on February 21st 2023. From the very first visit with Alex we were treated with respect and kindness. You get given her cell phone number in case you need to contact her. She explained the surgery and the risks to us completely so we knew what we were in for. With Alex you feel her confidence in this surgery and its outcome and that calms you. The wait until surgery day was exactly 3 months so it was a good time for us to get our head around how our new eating would be and to work on any issues with food that we had. 

We were quite anxious on the day of surgery but Alex and the staff really looked after us and before we knew it we were back on the ward recovering.  

We highly recommend Alex as a surgeon and not only is she skilled but she is compassionate and loves what she does. If you have anyone who isnt sure about surgery, is anxious or just wants to talk to someone who has had gastric sleeve with you please feel free to put them in touch with me.
